Hosted in The Community Center @ AFC, Bridge Tutoring is an all-new initiative designed especially for 6th-8th graders who need hands-on attention from expert educators who care about the wholistic well-being of students.  Our programming includes meaningful times of recreation, tutoring instruction, and spiritual development.  Students will enjoy the hands-on approach designed especially for their development level and tutors who care to make a difference.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

TUESDAY & THURSDAYS FROM 3:00 PM – 5:15 PM

Bridge Tutoring @ The Community Center is currently available for students 6th grade thru 8th grade.  To keep the program dynamic, recreation, journaling, and learning are all included in the experience.

3:00 PM – Doors Open / Organized Recreation Begins

3:45 PM – Devotionals / Prayer / Journaling

4:00 PM – Tutoring Hour / Break into Groups and Begin Rotations

5:00 PM – Clean-up

5:15 PM – Dismissal

 

All tutors and personnel undergo an extensive background check and are certified through a nation-wide program called Ministry Safe to ensure maximum precaution and safety for your child.
